Welcome to Module 4, which is all about Feelings.


Everyone has them. Some are stronger than others, and some come often while others rarely show up. The important thing is for you to be aware of, and able to identify, your feelings, understand where they come from, and learn ways to get control of them so they no longer control you.

As you work through this Module you’ll have the opportunity to look at a wide range of feelings – everything from fear to forgiveness – and start to understand the reasons why you often feel as you do.

Once you’ve completed these Worksheets, you can take it further by identifying other emotions you often feel, and gain control of these by using the processes outlined in the Worksheets.

As with the others, parts of this Module will seem easy, while other parts might be painful. Please take it one step at a time and move through it in the way that works best for you.
