Welcome to week 3 of your Journey to Self-esteem!

My Inner Being

This is where you start looking at the amazing person you are. You will identify how you talk to yourself, what expectations you lay on yourself, when you feel strong or weak, passive, assertive or even aggressive, your beautiful inner child and your not-so-beautiful but very important Shadow.

As with the other Modules, parts of this one are big fun and you’ll enjoy doing the Worksheets.

Other parts might be harder, and it’s important to remember that the parts that are difficult to look at are very important for you to do and get clear on, because they are the things that might be holding you back from always being your amazing self.

The Shadow exercise can be difficult, so do it when you’re not feeling your best, since at that time it’ll be easier to access your Shadow.  Please remember as you do it that it DOES NOT define you, it’s just a part of the incredible person you are.

So please take your time and continue to be gentle with yourself as you move through discovering your inner being.
